Fees Policy
1. Purpose
The purpose of this fees policy is to establish clear guidelines for the assessment, payment, and collection of fees for services provided by Nine Corners Academy. This policy aims to ensure that all fees are managed transparently, fairly, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all clients, members, and users of services provided by Nine Corners Academy, including but not limited to tuition fees, service charges, membership fees, and any other applicable fees.
3. Fee Structure

- Amount: The specific amounts for each type of fee will be determined annually and communicated to all relevant parties.
- Discounts/Concessions: scholarship
4. Payment Terms
- Due Dates:Participants are required to make payment only after 3 days from the date of enrollment.
- Payment Methods:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
- Installment Plans:
- First Installment: 50% of the total fee.
- Second Installment: The remaining 50%.
- No interest or additional fees are charged for using the installment plan.
- Receipts: A receipt will be issued for all payments made.
5. Late Payments
- Grace Period: A grace period of 3 days will be provided for late payments.
- Suspension of Services: Failure to pay fees within 3 days may result in the suspension of services, including access to facilities, course enrollment .
6. Refund Policy
- Full Refund:A full refund will be provided if the participant attends only the first two sessions.
- Partial Refund:Partial Refund: If the participant attends more than two sessions but withdraws before completing the program, they will be charged only for the sessions attended. The remaining balance will be refunded.
